Given that family dynamics are unique to each, a bespoke approach is often required. The half-day workshop aims to delve into the 'soft and hard' elements of strategic succession planning, ranging from the setting of governance principles to reflect values, to the deliberation of the various legal approaches to hardwire the principles of engagement, and tax considerations in the restructuring of asset ownerships.
