As there is one nomination received for each position of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, the nominees for these positions shall be deemed duly elected pursuant to the Constitution.
As there are 6 nominations received for the maximum of 5 Ordinary Committee Member positions, elections shall be held at the AGM for these positions pursuant to Article 8.12 of the Constitution:

Election at the Annual General Meeting will be either by show of hands or, subject to the agreement of the majority of the voting members present, by a secret ballot. In the event of a tie, the Chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote.

At the close of the time to receive questions and other items from members (i.e. 5pm on 21 June 2022), no questions or other items have been received.
