As there is one nomination for each position of Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and five Committee members, all the above shall be deemed duly elected pursuant to the Constitution.
At the close of the time to receive questions and other items from members (i.e. 5pm on 23 June 2021), no questions or other items have been received.
As set out in our Notice of AGM, a member may only vote by appointing the Chairman Ms Sim Bock Eng as the member’s proxy to vote at the meeting by depositing with the Society the attached Proxy Form.
